I have known Charlie for years! I think that it is harder to photograph someones wedding that you know compared to someone you have just met. I feel like there is more at stake, even though I put the same into every wedding I shoot. It is also so much more exciting seeing someone you have known since you were a young kid on one of their best days!
Mandy and Charlie are such a funny couple, Mandy is definitely my kind of person! I did not stop laughing the whole day, She was fantastic and so laid back, so much so that when I wedding commissioner asked her if "she does"? she pulled out a huge wine glass and chugged back a bunch before saying "I Do". They kept their wedding so fun and laid back for everyone and you could tell how much their guests loved it!
The whole day Mandy and Charlie were teasing each other and laughing so much that it was so easy to capture the moments they shared!
Mandy loves Charlie and Charlie loves Mandy and Cars, and since Mandy loves Charlie we took a few photos with his car and they turned out AWESOME!!! I do want to mention that the Drifting photos were done by a Licensed professional on a closed track! Don't do stupid crap, unless you are good at it!
The reception was Decorated Amazingly and was so beautiful. It fit with their theme so well and I love every little detail, I especially loved the tiny message in a bottle favours. Filled with sand from the beach where they were married!
Charlie and Mandy you guys are such a good couple, I love that you can see the love you have for each other and that your love will never grow old and boring, even when your 90 Mandy will still be messing with you Charlie, hiding your cane on you and making you think you misplaced it. And thats why I love her. Thanks so much for the fun and laughter, it was a true honour to photograph your wedding.
